Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms cover every rental from Frank Rental Works, 1100 W Jasper Dr, Killeen, TX 76542. Questions? Call (254) 302-6583.

In brief: long rentals bill every 28 days; billing ends the day you call; cancel 48 or more hours before delivery for a full refund; damage beyond normal use is billed.

1. Quotes and booking

Your rental is booked once you accept a written quote by phone, text, email or the website form and we confirm a delivery date. Every quote lists the unit rate, delivery and pickup, cleaning, extras and sales tax, and stays valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise.

2. Payment

Event rentals are paid by card when you book, which holds your date. Long-term rentals are charged every 28 days in advance to the card on file, or invoiced for approved commercial accounts with payment due in 15 days unless your account terms differ. Purchase orders are accepted from approved accounts.

3. Rental length and renewal

An event rental covers up to 3 days on site, such as a Friday drop-off and Monday pickup. Long-term rentals bill every 28 days rather than by calendar month and renew on their own until you end them. The first 28-day cycle is billed in full.

4. Ending the rental

Call or text us to end a rental. Billing stops on the day you call, and the unit is picked up on our next route through your area. Keep the unit reachable for pickup; if a locked gate or blocked path prevents it, a return-trip charge may apply.

5. Cancellations and date changes

Cancel an event rental at least 48 hours before delivery for a full refund. Inside 48 hours, we refund everything except the delivery charge. Date changes made 48 or more hours ahead are free if the new date is open. If severe weather makes delivery unsafe, we reschedule at no cost.

6. Cleaning

Rentals of 7 days or more include a weekly visit to pump the tank, clean, deodorize and restock. Extra visits are priced per trip. If we miss a scheduled cleaning, call and we will return on the next route day at no charge for that visit.

7. Placement, access and permits

You pick a level, firm spot our crew can reach safely, within about 100 feet of where our truck can stop. You are responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a street, sidewalk or public land. For Fort Hood deliveries, you or your contracting office arrange the access our driver needs.

8. Moving a unit

Moving a unit to a different spot on the same property is priced per move; moving it to a new address counts as a new delivery. Please do not move units yourself, since tipping can spill waste and damage the unit.

9. Damage, theft and misuse

From delivery until pickup, the unit is your responsibility. Damage beyond normal use, including fire, graffiti, tipping, vandalism, or trash, paint, concrete or hazardous material in the tank, is billed at repair or replacement cost plus cleanup. Tell us right away about any damage or theft.

10. Weather

Units are made for outdoor use. In strong wind, keep units beside a wall or ask us to stake them. During ice, flooding or severe storms, cleaning may move to the next safe route day, and we will let you know when that happens.

11. Liability

Use units only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for injuries caused by misuse, unsafe placement chosen by the customer, or failure to keep the area around the unit safe. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law.
