Who are our customers?
Our customers are builders and remodelers, homeowners, wedding planners, festival organizers, cities and public works crews, ranches and farms, Fort Hood contractors and military families planning off-post events. Most orders are job site units on 28-day billing, weekend party units and multi-unit event setups with accessible units and hand wash stations.
How do we run the business?
We run the business on three promises: show the full price before you book, arrive when we say, and clean every unit weekly on long rentals. Each quote lists the unit, delivery and pickup, cleaning and tax. Waste goes to licensed disposal through a registered hauler, as Texas law requires.
Texas requires anyone transporting chemical toilet waste to register with the TCEQ and keep trip records for each load (TCEQ registration).
