The quote form collects what you enter: your name, email, phone number, delivery ZIP code, rental dates, unit type, quantity, and guest or crew size. When you call or text, we receive your number and what you tell us. Calls may be recorded for quality and training, and a notice plays at the start of the call.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that emails them to us under its own privacy policy. We never sell your information.

How we use information

We use it only to quote, schedule delivery and cleaning, bill, and answer your questions. We may call or text you about your rental. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.

Analytics and cookies

We may use basic analytics to count page visits, call-button taps and form submissions so we can improve the site. These tools may set cookies, which you can block in your browser.

Sharing

We share information only with providers that help run the business, such as form delivery, payments and phone service, or when the law requires it.

Retention

Quote and rental records are kept as long as billing, tax and legal duties require, then deleted. Call recordings are kept for a limited time.
